Are the magnetic protectors universal?

No. Each set is specifically designed for a particular vehicle model to ensure optimal fit and protection. Please make sure you choose the correct set for your vehicle.

Do the protectors work on all vehicles?

No. The protectors adhere only to steel body panels. They will not work on aluminum, plastic, or composite surfaces. Make sure your vehicle has steel panels, especially on the lower doors and fenders.

Will the protectors prevent all damage?

The protectors are designed to shield paintwork from scratches caused by bushes and branches. They do not offer complete protection from heavy impacts or collisions.

Can the protectors fall off while driving?

If applied correctly to a clean, dry steel surface, they will adhere very securely. However, they should be removed after off-road use, especially if the vehicle will remain parked for an extended period.

Can I leave the protectors on overnight?

This is not recommended. Always remove the protectors after each use to avoid overheating, damage, or moisture buildup between the protector and the paintwork.

Do they work on vehicles with plastic fender flares?

Protectors may not adhere properly to plastic sections. Check the materials used on the lower parts of your doors and fenders – if they are plastic, the protectors will not be effective.

How should I maintain the protectors?

Cleaning: Use mild detergent and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Storage: Lay flat in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not fold or roll tightly.

Does Barriers44 offer a warranty?

Yes. Barriers44 provides a 12-month warranty from the date the product is delivered to the customer. Full warranty terms and conditions are available in a separate document.

Are there any speed limitations when using the protectors?

Yes. We recommend not exceeding 110 km/h when the protectors are installed, even if they are properly secured. Off-road use requires extra caution and the protectors should be removed afterward.

Barriers44 ships throughout the European Union, EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein), as well as South Africa and Israel.

Can I request custom graphics or personal designs?

Yes. We offer custom graphic printing for your protectors on request. You can personalize colors, patterns, or add brand elements.
